Horgan Holdings has grown from a small general building and groundworks company started by John Horgan in the 1980s into the multi award-winning success it is today, with John’s daughter Sophie now at the helm.
Horgan Holdings is now the umbrella for Horgan Homes, which has a reputation for exceptional quality bespoke homes, and Horgan Commercial, which in 2023 delivered its first development of industrial units as the Horgan name expands into new markets.

Work started in 2023 on The Boulevard, Horgan Commercial’s first development of 16 high-quality industrial units at Buntsford Gate in Bromsgrove and will soon be ready to welcome both small and large businesses to begin their Horgan experience.
