An award-winning housebuilder has launched its first development of bespoke homes in Lincolnshire with the unveiling of a new showhome.
Horgan Homes says its new St Helen’s Place development at Mareham-Le-Fen will address a shortage of high-quality bungalows in the county and bring its stunning trademark style to a new audience.
St Helen’s Place will feature 30 two, three and four-bedroom contemporary bungalows and is Horgan Homes’ first large-scale residential development outside its West Midlands heartland.
Director Sophie Horgan said the showhome was now open and the first phase of homes for sale included both two and three-bedroom detached homes with prices starting from £240,000.
“We’re delighted to have opened the showhome and to be bringing the first homes on this fabulous development to market.
“It is our first development away from the West Midlands and we could not have picked a better or more beautiful spot. St Helen’s Place offers all that is best about village life alongside our eye-catching design and the highest standard of finish.
“This is also a development which is as sustainable as it is stylish, with an emphasis on homes which add real quality of life and are built with the future very much in mind.
“All the homes are equipped to the highest specification and offer excellent energy efficient features including air source heat pumps, PV panels, luxurious Spanish tiling, Karndean specification flooring and high-end integrated appliances.
“We know that there is a real demand for bungalows which bring style and quality to the market, and St Helen’s Place does exactly that.”
Horgan Homes has an impressive reputation for its commitment to quality housing, winning a WhatHouse? Award for Best Luxury House and Best Small Housebuilder, as well as two International Property Awards.
